1. Definitions

Accounts may be suspended pending verification. Any Account found to have been created or used by a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

4. Account Registration and Security

ppvip6 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are published on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. ppvip6 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a source not belonging to the registered Account holder will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. ppvip6 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any compliance checks required. ppvip6 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ppvip6 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, game software, and the overall arrangement of the Platform, is the property of ppvip6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ppvip6.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvip6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.
